On Friday, January 19th, 2024, a little girl cheer camp was held at Tripp. Fifteen girls from grades kindergarten through fifth grade participated in the camp. The high school cheerleaders are Lily Blaine, Emily Dewald, Jacey Friman, and Jaden VanPelt. During the week, they practiced Tuesday and Wednesday with the numbers cheer and an original dance by Jaden VanPelt. They performed “What a Girl Is” by Dove Cameron during Varsity Boys halftime against Mitchell Christian. In February, the cheerleading team plans to visit Armour Elementary for a little girl cheer camp. They will perform in Armour on Feb 13, 2024.
