∴ Tanner Fischer - School Counselor ∴
Hello!
My name is Mr. Fischer, and I am the new school counselor here at Tripp-Delmont. To tell you a little about myself, I grew up in Nebraska where I attended a school not much bigger than Tripp-Delmont. I was very involved, playing several sports and participating in other extracurricular activities. I went on to graduate from Peru State College in Nebraska with a major in psychology and a minor in drug and alcohol counseling. From here, I went on to study my master's degree in school counseling preK-12 from Wayne State College in Nebraska. A few of my hobbies include spending time with my family, taking my two beagles to the dog park, fishing, bowfishing, hunting, kayaking, a variety of sports, and pretty much anything outside! I have had a lot of experience working with adolescents in a variety of contexts, including the Human Services Center, interning as a school counselor, teaching undergraduate classes as a graduate assistant, working at Lincoln Elementary in the Yankton School District, and more... I am super excited to get to know all of the students here at Tripp-Delmont and begin to learn a little more about this district!
